So for those of you that don’t know, twitch now supports communities of streams where each streamer can stream to multiple communities as well as their own channel (or more accurately their stream shows up on the pages of the communities they choose). Here is the (unofficial, very crude, most definitely not final) preliminary test community I’ve set up, as well as a more established one (Competitive Overwatch) for comparison, or even just the community browser.
I was thinking that it might be cool to set up a community for CritCola, where all of our resident streamers would be collected in one spot, and the community would be able to easily see who is streaming at any given time (without something like… oh I don’t know… for example’s sake, a daily advertisement in general chat?).
Note that this would not be an un-moderated shitshow (given that with the growing discord community we have had to crack down a bit more recently due to some events), but something like that would be worked out if this is something people (other than myself) actually want.
What do you all think of the idea?
Also any comments/criticisms are appreciated
Rate it 1-10, here’s the general guidelines I’ll be going by, if you’re somewhere in-between then pick somewhere in-between.
- 1 (terrible, we shouldn’t have it)
- 3 (I don’t like it, but its not the worst)
- 5 (Indifferent, it might work, might not)
- 7 (I like it, it will probably be good for the community)
- 9 (That would be awesome, I need this in my life)
- 10 (better than sex)
